Reliability

What we guarantee, exactly

No adjectives: what happens in each case. If any of this is not met, what you are owed is in writing.

The price does not rise
The amount is fixed when you confirm and never changes because of demand, rain or it being a Friday. It only varies if you alter the route, add stops or there is a long wait, and you are told before that happens.
And in quiet hours, it drops
Quiet time slots are 10 % cheaper, and the calculator offers them if you can shift your time. The opposite does not exist: there is no surcharge for booking a busy hour.
Confirmed on the spot
If a car is free for your time, the booking is confirmed instantly with its tracking code. If it is not, we tell you straight away and offer the nearest time: we do not leave you waiting for an answer.
We assign the car that arrives soonest
You do not pick a driver or wait for someone to accept: the trip goes to the soonest available licensed car for your time and area. And you are not left with an anonymous stranger: before pickup you have the plate, the model and the driver's name, and while the car is on its way you can follow it on the map and call.
We wait at no charge
45 complimentary minutes at airports and stations, and 10 at an address. The clock starts when the car reaches the pickup point, not at the booked time: if the driver is late, you do not pay for those minutes.
To the airport, by the toll road if needed
For airport destinations, if traffic calls for it, the route along the radial toll motorways is included at no cost provided there are at least 3 hours between pickup and the flight's departure. With less margin, the toll is itemised in the quote like any other.
Free cancellation
More than 24 hours ahead you get a full refund. After that the published policy applies, and it is written down before you pay rather than afterwards.
Every trip, documented
Before departure the route sheet is issued and filed with the register Spanish transport rules require. It is not red tape: it is the difference between a legal service and one that is not.
What the law limits

We only sell what we are allowed to provide

Transfers are provided by our partner taxi and private hire (VTC) operators, each under their own licence or authorisation, and each licence allows some things and not others. That is applied before you get a price, not after you are charged: when no partner can serve the trip under their licence, it does not come with an amount or a booking button. We tell you why, and who can take you instead.

Within one municipality a VTC operator cannot drive you
A VTC authorisation covers intercity transport: from one town to another. A trip that starts and ends inside the same municipality is urban service and belongs to licensed taxis, because Castilla-La Mancha has not opened it to VTC operators. The quote engine checks that before pricing: if the trip is internal there is no amount and no booking button; we tell you why, and that the local taxi is who takes you there. And there is no exception for convenience: without a taxi licence behind it, that trip is not accepted through any channel — not the website, not WhatsApp, not the phone.
There is nothing to hail: the service is booked beforehand
A VTC cannot be hailed in the street or wait at a rank. Every service is booked before it starts and is recorded with the exact time of booking, which is the one carried onto the route sheet. For you that has one concrete advantage: before leaving home you know the price, the car and who is driving.
The 20% rule, counted trip by trip
Our partner VTC operators' cars must habitually serve transport needs connected with Castilla-La Mancha: a trip that both starts and ends outside the region counts against a 20% limit, and exceeding it costs the holder their authorisation. Every booking is classified by the region of pickup and of destination, the back office keeps the monthly and yearly count and warns before the margin runs out. We would rather turn down a transfer that is not ours than put the driver's licence at risk.

Every line above is a fare we do not take and someone else would. We give them up on purpose, because a service that cannot legally be provided is not cheaper: it is the one that leaves no car at your door and the driver facing a penalty notice. If another app quotes you for a trip that starts and ends inside your own town, ask which licence it is served under; the fine is not paid by the app.

Within Toledo and to neighbouring provinces

It is not all about Madrid: we also drive between the towns of the province, to its stations, hospitals and sights, and to the surrounding capitals, at the same fixed price.

Service areas

The Sagra area of Toledo is less than an hour from the airport via the A-42 and M-50, so the Barajas transfer is the most requested service, followed by Toledo's high-speed rail station and the Illescas logistics parks.

The province of Toledo, area by area

The province of Toledo has two sides that need different services. The north — La Sagra and the area around Illescas and Seseña — looks towards Madrid, with logistics parks and many residents who work or fly from there. The centre and south — Toledo city, the Montes, the Toledo part of La Mancha and Talavera — travel more within the province itself: hospital, high-speed station, the old town and, since it opened, Puy du Fou.

La Sagra

La Sagra is the plain between Toledo and the south of Madrid, the fastest-growing part of the province in recent decades. Illescas, Seseña and Yuncos host logistics and industrial parks, and many residents work in Madrid or Getafe: that means plenty of pre-dawn airport runs and late-evening return pickups.

Toledo y su alfoz

Toledo city and the towns around it, such as Bargas and Olías del Rey, hold the regional government, the University Hospital, the high-speed station and an old town that is hard to drive into without knowing the access rules. It is the starting point for many AVE connections and the destination for medical appointments from across the province.

Mesa de Ocaña

The Mesa de Ocaña is where the A-4 meets the AP-36 and the R-4, right next to Aranjuez. It is a crossroads towards Andalusia and the east coast, with farming and haulage businesses, and its nearest commuter-rail station is Aranjuez, just over the Madrid border.

Talavera y La Jara

Talavera de la Reina is the province's second city and the hub of a wide area stretching to the Sierra de San Vicente and La Jara. It has its own hospital and a conventional railway station but no high-speed rail, so the AVE means going to Toledo or Madrid, as do most specialist appointments.

Torrijos y el valle del Alberche

Between Toledo and Talavera, Torrijos, Fuensalida and La Puebla de Montalbán form a farming area, with Fuensalida's footwear industry, and Escalona overlooks the Alberche river. Public transport between these towns is thin, so a car is almost the only way to reach the hospital or the station.

Montes de Toledo

South of the capital, Sonseca, Mora and Los Yébenes live from furniture-making, olive oil and hunting. Toledo is half an hour away and is their reference for the hospital and the high-speed station.

La Mancha toledana

The south-east of the province is already La Mancha: Consuegra with its windmills, Madridejos on the A-4, Villacañas, Quintanar de la Orden and Corral de Almaguer. They are closer to Alcázar de San Juan than to Toledo, and for the AVE or hospital many residents look to Ciudad Real or Madrid.

Busiest times of year

  • Puy du Fou season (spring to autumn, and at Christmas): When the park is open, weekends and long weekends fill up with returns from the night show, all leaving within the same half hour. It is best to book both ways at once.
  • Corpus Christi in Toledo (June): The Corpus Christi procession, of international tourist interest, fills the old town and closes much of it to traffic. Expect closures and plan the drop-off outside the route.
  • Saffron Rose Festival (last weekend of October): Consuegra celebrates the saffron harvest with the windmills open and many visitors in a few days; access to the hill gets difficult and an early arrival helps.
  • Summer fairs (May to September): The San Isidro and San Mateo fairs in Talavera, Toledo's August fair and the village fiestas of La Sagra move many people between towns at night, exactly when there is least public transport.
  • Long weekends and holidays (Easter, summer and Christmas): Transfers to Barajas from La Sagra and Toledo spike at the start and end of holidays, and first-thing flights are the first to fill up.

Booking tips

  • From La Sagra, for flights before nine, pickup is usually between five and six: the A-42 starts filling up early.
  • If you are going to Toledo's old town, give the exact address: access is restricted and the driver drops you at the nearest authorised point.
  • For the Toledo AVE, allow a few minutes of queueing to get into the station in the morning peak.
  • From Talavera or Torrijos to Barajas, leaving at six rather than seven can save half an hour on the way into Madrid.

Where we take most people

All destinations

Places where a car with a driver beats driving yourself: because of the timetable, the parking or because nobody wants to drive back.

Puy du Fou España

from 18 €

The park sits on the edge of Toledo and the big shows run at night, when public transport back is scarce. With a private driver you arrive for the first show and get home without driving at night or hunting for a parking space.

See prices and times →

Madrid South bus station

from 60 €

Estación Sur is the long-distance coach hub for half of Spain, in Méndez Álvaro, away from the centre. With luggage, a seven o'clock connection or a night arrival, a door-to-door transfer pays for itself.

See prices and times →

IFEMA and Madrid trade fairs

from 77 €

During a trade fair the problem is not getting there: it is arriving on time with two colleagues, the stand material and no parking hunt. We cover whole fairs with staggered pickups and month-end invoicing.

See prices and times →

Toledo high-speed station

from 18 €

Toledo's high-speed station sits outside the old town, and the link to the train is the most requested service after the airport. With a driver you arrive with luggage without hunting for parking or relying on the city bus.

See prices and times →

Toledo University Hospital

from 18 €

Specialist appointments and tests at the University Hospital move half the province at first light. A door-to-door transfer avoids parking, the bus and driving again after a procedure.

See prices and times →

National Paraplegics Hospital, Toledo

from 18 €

Patients and families from all over Spain travel to the Toledo paraplegics hospital, often for long stays and weekly visits. It is a repeated journey, with fixed visiting hours and often luggage or a folding wheelchair.

Toledo old town

from 18 €

Toledo's old town is not designed for parking: pedestrian streets, hotels without garages and uphill walks with luggage. A driver drops you at Zocodover or at the hotel door and returns at the agreed time.

See prices and times →

Madrid hospitals

from 63 €

An early specialist appointment in Madrid means leaving before dawn, and coming back means waiting for a bus after a procedure. A door-to-door transfer avoids both: you leave at a reasonable hour and return when the patient is ready.

See prices and times →

Parque Warner Madrid

from 37 €

A theme-park day with children ends with everyone tired, and that is exactly when someone has to drive an hour home. With a driver, someone else handles the return and the whole group travels together in one vehicle.

Matches and concerts in Madrid

from 72 €

A night match or a concert ends after the last train back to Castilla-La Mancha has gone. With a driver you go and return the same night, without driving after the game and without circling for a parking space two kilometres from the ground.

See prices and times →

Consuegra windmills

from 18 €

Twelve windmills and a castle on the same ridge, with the best light early or at dusk — exactly when there is no bus back. It is the image of La Mancha and it sits fifty minutes from Toledo: with a driver you arrive at the right hour and can add Campo de Criptana the same day.

See prices and times →

Nuestra Señora del Prado Hospital (Talavera)

from 18 €

Talavera hospital serves much of the west of the province. From Calera, Oropesa or the city itself, a pre-booked transfer avoids parking and drives you home afterwards.

Illescas logistics platform

from 18 €

Illescas industrial parks and dry port concentrate pre-dawn shifts, client visits and transfers to Barajas or Madrid. We work with platform companies on on-time pickups and month-end invoicing.

Advance booking

How it works

You request the trip, we give you the fixed price and assign the car that can reach your pickup soonest. Because a Spanish VTC cannot be hailed and everything is booked in advance, you know the price, the car and the driver before you leave home.

  1. 1

    Book in advance

Fill in the form or call us. Advance booking is mandatory for Spanish private hire: we cannot pick you up without one.

  2. 2

    Get a fixed price

We confirm the final amount and assign the soonest available car for your time. You can pay online by card when you confirm.

  3. 3

    We issue the route sheet

Before the trip starts we generate and file the paperwork required by Spanish transport regulations.

  4. 4

We pick you up on time

Before pickup you know who is coming: their name, their phone and the car's plate. And you can follow the car on the map on its way.

Our fleet

The vehicles the service runs on. You choose the class; we assign the actual car — the one that reaches your pickup soonest — and tell you which it is, with its plate and the name of the driver.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a private hire car and a taxi?

A Spanish private hire vehicle may only carry out pre-booked services: it cannot pick up passengers in the street or wait at ranks. That is why everything goes through advance booking, with the price fixed before the trip and the service paperwork issued beforehand.

Is there Uber, Cabify or Bolt in Castilla-La Mancha?

The big apps do not cover Castilla-La Mancha the way they cover Madrid or Barcelona. In most towns in Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara and Toledo there is no Uber, Cabify or Bolt with the same coverage. That is why we publish, town by town and with a date, what is actually there, and offer pre-booked private hire at a fixed price as an alternative.

Can you take me within my own town?

It depends on the town. A Spanish private hire authorisation covers intercity transport, while urban trips — those starting and ending in the same town — are reserved for taxis unless a licence covers them. Where we can do it, the booking form prices it like any other trip; where we cannot, we tell you straight away and why, before you fill in any details.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for early flights. For airport transfers we recommend booking the day before; same-day requests depend on availability and always require advance booking.

Is the price I see the final price?

Yes. The quote includes VAT and is fixed when you confirm. It would only change if you alter the route, add stops or there is a long wait, and you are told before that happens.

What if my flight or train is delayed?

If you give us the flight or train number we adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time, and the waiting included at airports and stations is more generous than at an address: the exact minutes are in the terms of service.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. You can pay online when you confirm, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, by card terminal on board, or by bank transfer if you are a company and prefer monthly invoicing.

Do you issue company invoices?

Yes. Enter your tax details when booking and you will receive an invoice with VAT broken out. For companies with recurring travel we offer consolidated monthly invoicing.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we carry approved child restraint systems. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking so we fit the right seat, at no extra cost.

Shall we book your transfer?

Tell us where, when and how many. We confirm a fixed price and the vehicle within minutes.
