Transfers to Madrid hospitals for medical appointments from Toledo

Looking for a taxi to Madrid hospitals, or a car like Uber, Cabify or Bolt: here you book Spanish private hire (VTC) with advance booking and a fixed price from your town.

An early specialist appointment in Madrid means leaving before dawn, and coming back means waiting for a bus after a procedure. A door-to-door transfer avoids both: you leave at a reasonable hour and return when the patient is ready.

Madrid hospitals from Toledo

Appointments and tests from Toledo province are concentrated at Toledo University Hospital and, for some specialities, in Madrid hospitals. The transfer is a car with a driver, not medical transport.

How to get there from each area

La Sagra
From La Sagra, Madrid is reached via the A-42, which backs up from Parla onwards in the morning rush, or via the A-4 from Seseña and Borox. For Barajas the usual route joins the M-50 or M-40 without crossing the centre; the R-4 toll road is the alternative when the A-4 is busy.
Toledo y su alfoz
There are two ways from Toledo to Madrid: the free A-42 through Illescas, with more traffic, and the AP-41 toll motorway, usually clear, which reaches southern Madrid at the M-40. For Barajas the route continues on the M-40 or M-50 depending on the time of day.
Mesa de Ocaña
From Ocaña the way to Madrid is the A-4 through Aranjuez and Valdemoro, or the R-4 toll road, which avoids the southern entry jams. The A-4 stretch between Pinto and the M-40 is the one that adds most time at rush hour.
Talavera y La Jara
Talavera sits on the A-5, which runs straight to Madrid via Maqueda and Navalcarnero and enters from the south-west. For Barajas the route crosses Madrid on the M-40 or M-50, the stretch that varies most with traffic.
Torrijos y el valle del Alberche
From Torrijos, Madrid is reached via the A-40 to the A-5 at Maqueda, or towards the A-42 through Fuensalida. Escalona has direct access to the A-5.
Montes de Toledo
From the Montes de Toledo the road goes up to Toledo on the N-401 and local roads, and on to Madrid by the A-42 or AP-41; Los Yébenes can also join the A-4 at Madridejos.
La Mancha toledana
From Madridejos and Consuegra the route to Madrid is the A-4; from Quintanar and Corral de Almaguer, the N-301 or AP-36 to Ocaña and then the A-4 or R-4.

Frequently asked questions

Does the price include waiting during the appointment?

It is agreed beforehand. For short appointments we normally wait at no extra cost; for procedures lasting several hours it works out cheaper to book the car by the hour than to pay for two separate transfers.

Is this medical transport?

No. It is a non-assisted transfer in a car with a driver: we carry no medical staff or equipment and it does not replace an ambulance. If the patient needs care during the journey, medical transport is required.
